Privacy policy

Last updated: April 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Pulsetray ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information. By accessing or using our website, API, or mobile applications (the "Service"), you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

We collect information to provide, monitor, and improve our Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Account Information: Personal details you provide directly, such as your name and email address, used for account management and essential communications.
  • Device & Integration Data: To ensure notifications are routed correctly, we collect data regarding the devices you connect to Pulsetray, including unique device identifiers (tokens), operating system details, and connection status.
  • Notification Content: We store the content of notifications (including titles, messages, media attachments, URLs) to provide your persistent notification history. This data is retained based on your current subscription plan.
  • Analytics & Usage Data: We automatically collect data regarding how you interact with the Service. This includes IP addresses, logs of API calls, app performance metrics, and feature usage. This data is used for troubleshooting, capacity planning, and service improvements.
  • General Collection: We may collect and store any other information you choose to provide to us or that is necessary for the continued operation, security, and analysis of the Service.

2. Payment Processing

Pulsetray does not collect or store your financial information. All financial transactions are handled by our third-party provider, Stripe.

When you upgrade your plan or modify billing, you are redirected to Stripe’s secure environment. Pulsetray only receives encrypted confirmation (via webhooks) that a transaction was successful or a subscription status has changed. We do not have access to your credit card numbers or banking details.

3. Monitoring, Analysis, and Security

We actively monitor and analyze the usage of the Service to detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data; however, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. Service Infrastructure

We rely on specialized third-party infrastructure providers to host, store, and secure your data. These service providers assist with core operations, including but not limited to backend hosting, database management, encrypted file storage, user authentication, and the delivery of push notifications.

While your data is processed and stored using these third-party systems, it is done so exclusively to maintain the Service’s functionality. These providers are strictly prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than facilitating Pulsetray’s operations and are bound by confidentiality obligations to ensure the protection of your data.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulsetray and its operators shall not be liable for any disputes, damages, or data loss—including, but not limited to, notification delivery failures—arising from the use of the Service. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operators reside.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on this page and revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
